The Female Tube Adapter (NPT) is a high-performance instrumentation fitting designed to provide a secure, leak-proof transition between tubing and a male NPT threaded component. It features a smooth, unthreaded tube stub on one end that is inserted into a standard double-ferrule compression fitting, while the opposite end consists of a female NPT tapered thread. This “swing-free” design is particularly advantageous in tight spaces, as it allows the adapter to be connected to the tubing without needing to rotate the entire tube or the connected device.
