The Female Connector (NPT) is a high-performance instrumentation fitting designed to provide a secure, leak-proof transition between a tube line and a male NPT threaded component. It features a precision-engineered double-ferrule compression design on the tube side, which ensures a vibration-resistant, torque-free seal capable of maintaining system integrity under high-pressure and vacuum conditions. The opposite end is machined with internal (female) NPT tapered threads, allowing it to mate seamlessly with male threaded pipes, sensors, or valves to create a pressure-tight connection. Typically manufactured from 316 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance and durability, these connectors are essential in industrial fluid systems, chemical processing, and analytical instrumentation where a reliable interface between tubing and threaded process lines is required.
