The Bulkhead Male Connector (AN) is a specialized instrumentation fitting designed to provide a secure, leak-proof transition for tubing through a panel or bulkhead to an AN (Army-Navy) flared connection. It features an elongated, threaded body and a dedicated locknut that allows for a rigid, vibration-resistant mount on enclosures, protecting the fluid lines from mechanical strain at the point of penetration. On the tube side, the fitting utilizes a high-precision double-ferrule compression system to ensure a torque-free seal, while the male end features a 37-degree flare (JIC/AN) designed to create a reliable metal-to-metal seal with mating components. Commonly manufactured from 316 stainless steel, these connectors are essential in aerospace and high-performance industrial systems where organized, professional routing and high structural integrity are required across system boundaries.
