The Female Tube Adapter (ISO Parallel – RG) is a specialized instrumentation fitting specifically designed for connecting tubing to pressure gauges with ISO parallel (BSPP) male threads. It features a smooth, unthreaded tube stub on one end that is secured into a standard double-ferrule compression fitting, while the opposite end consists of a female ISO parallel thread with an RG-style (Gauge) sealing configuration. The RG design features a flat-bottomed internal seat that accommodates a copper or bonded washer to create a high-pressure, leak-proof seal against the end of the pressure gauge’s male thread.
