The 90° Male Elbow (NPT) is a high-precision instrumentation fitting designed to provide a secure, leak-proof 90-degree turn between tubing and a female NPT threaded port. Utilizing a robust double-ferrule compression design on the tube side and a tapered NPT thread on the male side, it ensures a reliable mechanical grip and a gastight seal capable of withstanding high-pressure and vibration-heavy environments. Typically manufactured from corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel or brass, these elbows are essential for creating compact, organized layouts in confined spaces, such as inside control panels or industrial instrumentation assemblies.
